ABOUT RICHARD SANVENERO

Richard Sanvenero Jr. is a founding partner at Sanvenero & Cittadino LLC. He was a former partner at the Law Office of McGoughran & Sanvenero. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 2010 and his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2013. He is an active member of the Monmouth County Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice,  New York City Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the American Bar Association.

While in law school, Mr. Sanvenero served as a Student Bar Association Senator, co-founded the Barry University School of Law Golf Club and held various leadership roles of other on-campus organizations. He has authored a legal article that has been published dealing with cyber law that pertains to the Fourth Amendment and Social Media (https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=2243896). Prior to graduating law school, he would volunteer his time in the local community by volunteering as a county mediator and assisting those in need with their tax returns under the Volunteer Income Tax Association (V.I.T.A.) program. He has attended a study abroad program in law school that was taught by the late United States Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. Mr. Sanvenero also served as a research assistant during law school to the well renowned Sports Law Professor Marc Edelman.

Mr. Sanvenero is licensed to practice law in the Federal and State Courts of New Jersey and New York. In addition, he is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the Bankruptcy Courts of the District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York. Mr. Sanvenero is also trained and licensed in Mediation, Arbitration and Collaborative divorce law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sanvenero worked as an Associate Attorney at the firm Fox & Melofchik, LLC. He has served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Christopher D. Rafano, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Middlesex Vicinage for the 2015-2016 court term. He has also served as a legal intern for the Honorable Sallyanne Floria P.J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Essex Vicinage and also for the Honorable Leslie-Ann M. Justus, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Monmouth Vicinage. In addition, Mr. Sanvenero interned in New York City at a large multi-million dollar corporation obtaining business and corporate law experience.

Mr. Sanvenero is currently the Co-Chair of the Monmouth Bar Association Young Lawyer's Section. He also serves as a three year Trustee for the Monmouth Bar Association. His practice is devoted to matrimonial litigation practice, business representation, estate planning, real estate, civil litigation and criminal and municipal court defense.

ABOUT JOSHUA CITTADINO

Joshua grew up in Baldwin, New York. He attended Cortland State University where he played
collegiate lacrosse. Joshua competed in four National Championships winning one as a player
and one as a coach. In his senior year, he was awarded with the honors of First Team All
American. After College, Joshua worked as a Stagehand at Lincoln Center with his father before
attending Barry University Dwayne O’ Andreas School of Law.

 

Joshua focuses his practice on New York property damage claims as well as construction litigation and labor law. He has extensive experience with a broad range of real estate matters, including real property disputes, landlord-tenant claims and real estate transactions. Additionally, Joshua has experience with all types of negligence-based lawsuits, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability defending and has defended employee’s rights against unfair employment practices in both state and federal court.

ABOUT JOSHUA SKLARIN

Mr. Joshua S. Sklarin has been practicing for over a decade in federal, state, municipal, and administrative courts. Born and raised in Monmouth County, Mr. Sklarin began his career representing New Jersey boards of education in labor relations and negotiations, employment disputes, construction and land use matters, student discipline, and policy consulting. In that role, Mr. Sklarin successfully negotiated labor and employment contracts against some of New Jersey’s largest labor unions, including the New Jersey Education Association.

 

As his career progressed Mr. Sklarin’s practice expanded to include automobile manufacturers, business owners, and private individuals. Mr. Sklarin has represented individuals on issues ranging from real estate, to estate planning, to municipal court matters as well as Fortune 100 insurance companies in courts throughout the Country.  Mr. Sklarin is an experienced attorney who has successfully appeared before the state courts of both New Jersey and New York, federal courts throughout the country, arbitration panels, the Office of Administrative Law, and the Public Employment Relations Commission. Mr. Sklarin focuses his practice on real estate, estate planning, and business disputes.

When he isn’t lawyering, Mr. Sklarin likes to go on adventures with his wife, three young children, and four dogs. These adventures typically involve the New Jersey coastline, music, and laughter.

Terence Natale

Terence is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of New Jersey. He is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association. He has focused his practice on divorce, child custody, domestic violence, and employment related matters.

ABOUT TERENCE NATALE

Terence attended Rutgers Law School in Newark where he served as an editor for the Rutgers Law Record. During law school, he gained invaluable experience while clerking at the firm Levinson-Axelrod where he assisted with complicated personal injury litigation. 

 

Terence received a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from Rutgers University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Prior to becoming an attorney, he served his community as a police officer with the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department in Savannah, Georgia. 

 

Terence is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of New Jersey. He is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association. He has focused his practice on divorce, child custody, domestic violence, and employment related matters.

ABOUT BILL JEFFERY

Mr. Jeffery has lived in Monmouth County, New Jersey since he was a small child.  He received his B.A. from the American University in 1993 and his J.D. from the Claude W. Petite College of Law at Ohio Northern University in 1996.  He is a member of the bar for the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
 
Mr. Jeffery has been an attorney in New Jersey since 1996.  From 1998 – 2023 he worked for the firms of Pressler & Pressler; Hayt, Hayt & Landau; Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard; Amdur, Maggs & Shor; the Warshaw Law Firm and Rudolph, Kayal & Almeida as an associate attorney.  He has also worked as a sole practitioner representing clients throughout the State of New Jersey.  He has experience representing clients in civil, criminal and municipal litigation.  His litigation experience includes breach of contract, consumer fraud, sexual assault, aggravated assault, felony murder, possession of CDS, forgery, theft, DWI/DUI, personal injury and automobile accident cases.  Mr. Jeffery has also represented clients in the Family Part in connection with Final Restraining Order trials.  Mr. Jeffery has proudly represented individuals, large corporations and small businesses in both State and Federal District Court.

Michael has over 20 years of experience in counseling on tax and estate planning matters and developing strategies to create and preserve wealth through generations.

ABOUT MIKE CANARICK

Michael Canarick graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 2000, Michael received a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University in 2001. Michael is a member of the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania Bars and has extensive knowledge of the estate and gift tax laws.

Michael has over 20 years of experience in counseling on tax and estate planning matters and developing strategies to create and preserve wealth through generations.  His practices ranges from working as a trusted advisor to high-net worth individuals and successful business owners to helping young families put together their first estate plan.  He was named one of the top Lawyers for Families by New Jersey Family Magazine and teaches classes to other attorneys on estate planning.  Michael reviews and drafts legal documents for clients, educating them on the various options that exist regarding the distribution of their assets.

Michael has appeared on several podcasts and radio shows as an expert in estate planning.  In his spare time, he enjoys travel, sports and spending time with his children, Ozzy and Nate.
