Biography
Nicholas Malta, Esq. is an attorney at Sanvenero & Cittadino, LLC, where he represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of civil litigation and personal injury matters. His practice includes assisting clients with setting up new businesses, resolving real property and landlord-tenant disputes, and handling residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing. Nick is known for taking a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to litigation, working closely with each client to understand their goals and develop a strategy tailored to their case.
In addition to his civil practice, Nicholas devotes a significant portion of his work to personal injury representation. He has experience handling medical malpractice, personal injury, and premises liability lawsuits, and advocates on behalf of clients who have been injured as a result of another party’s negligence. Nicholas works closely with clients to understand the full scope of their losses and to pursue the compensation they need to move forward.
A New Jersey native, Nicholas grew up in Matawan, where he played varsity football in high school and was a member of the 2015 Matawan State Championship Football Team. Having grown up in New Jersey, Nick takes pride in representing clients throughout the state and surrounding areas, and he is glad to return to the Jersey Shore community to serve clients throughout Monmouth County. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona before going on to receive his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.
Outside of the practice of law, Nick is an avid fan and lifelong supporter of the New York Knicks.
