Alberta Waingort-Sutton, Esq., is an attorney at Sanvenero & Cittadino, LLC, who focuses her practice on estate planning, business law, and real estate transactions. She helps clients protect their families and their legacies through wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives, and assists families through probate and estate administration. She brings particular strength to succession planning for closely held businesses, drawing on a transactional career spent drafting the operating agreements, ownership structures, and transfer provisions that determine how a company passes from one generation to the next. She also represents clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, providing practical guidance through purchases, sales, and other property-related matters.
Before joining Sanvenero & Cittadino, she practiced at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and Troutman Sanders LLP in New York, representing sponsors, lenders, and utilities in complex project finance and infrastructure transactions.
Having grown up in Brooklyn, New York and summering in the Jersey Shore, Alberta takes pride in representing clients throughout the tri-state area. After permanently moving to the Jersey Shore, Alberta is eager to share her knowledge and passions with Monmouth County and its surrounding areas. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Economics from Brooklyn College before attending New York University School of Law to receive her Juris Doctor.
Outside the office, Alberta teaches Pilates on weekends and enjoys spending time with her family.
